- Photos and videos you upload to your gallery
- Any password you set to protect your gallery
- Your email address if you contact us for support

- Gallery view counts (how many times your QR code has been scanned)
- Basic server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes
- Cookies necessary to operate the Service
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve your gallery
- To display your content to viewers who scan your QR code
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
- To respond to your support requests
- To send you important service updates (we do not send marketing emails without your consent)
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- Service providers — hosting and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Eventgrams or others

4. Your Gallery & Public Content
- By default, your gallery is public — anyone who scans your QR code can view your photos and videos.
- You can add a password to your gallery at any time from your gallery management page.
- You are responsible for the content you choose to make public.
- You may delete individual items or your entire gallery at any time.
5. Data Retention
- Your gallery and its content are retained for as long as you use the Service.
- Galleries inactive for more than 3 years may be deleted with at least 30 days' notice.
- Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep backup copies of any content you upload.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your gallery and associated data
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Opt out of any non-essential communications
